WHO PROVIDES YOUR CARE
Clinical care, clearly separated.
Medical services are provided by LocumTele, whose licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants review MedLab Innovations assessments and write prescriptions. LocumTele is responsible for clinical care, provider licensure and oversight, patient records and clinical policies. MedLab Innovations provides the website, your account and non-clinical support, and cannot influence a clinical outcome.
Visits happen through a secure telehealth platform. Your licensed provider reviews your intake before any prescription is issued.
PHARMACY RELATIONSHIP
Prepared and shipped by a licensed pharmacy.
Prescriptions written by LocumTele providers are sent to VSDH, a state-licensed pharmacy, which prepares, labels and ships your medication under an individual prescription. MedLab Innovations is a telehealth platform. It is not a pharmacy and does not compound or manufacture medications.
WHEN YOU'RE CHARGED
One money story, no surprises.
Nothing is charged when you submit your visit. You're charged only if a licensed provider from LocumTele approves treatment, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Your first billing date is the day treatment is approved. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.
Your plan renews automatically at the price and interval shown until you cancel, and you can cancel any time before your next refill by emailing support@medlabinnovations.com.
